Risk Disclosure
Safe Growth is not an unleveraged book: it holds TMF (3x long Treasuries) and NUGT (2x gold miners). Leveraged ETFs reset daily and can lose value over time even when the underlying index is flat or higher. MSTR carries leverage and direct bitcoin exposure. This is our model book, shared for transparency — it is not individualized investment advice, and position sizing reflects our risk tolerance, not yours. Every performance figure on this page is an actual, live result measured from the Jan 22, 2026 entry. Apr–Jun monthly cells are as-published marks; a close-basis restatement is pending the anchor review. Our published daily archive begins 15 April 2026; Jan–Mar 2026 monthly cells are estimated partial-period returns (marked *) carried from our May 2026 updates, shown as estimates rather than as-published daily marks. We show no backtested or hypothetical returns. Units are price-return; dividends are not accrued. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Data claims are dated as of publication.
Safe Growth bounced about 2.2% on Monday, recovering most of Friday's chip-driven slide. The same ten-sleeve diversification that softened last week's drop is what let the book climb when risk appetite came back, and nine of ten positions finished the session green. This is the payoff for not being concentrated in the names that were doing the damage.
The AI and infrastructure sleeve led. ETN jumped about 5.5% and is now up roughly 21% since our January 22 entry, one of the strongest holdings in the book. NVDA added about 2% as semiconductors snapped back, and MSTR rose near 5% as bitcoin steadied. These are the positions that carry the upside when the tape turns, and today they did the heavy lifting.
The ballast moved the other way, which is exactly how it is supposed to work. TMF slipped about 1.7% as money rotated out of Treasuries and back into risk. We hold TMF as insurance, so a down day for it on a strong-risk day is the trade-off we accept, not a warning. XLE held firm, up a touch, with crude still elevated on Middle East supply risk.
The metals and international sleeves recovered too. NUGT gained about 2.6% and URA about 2.3%, clawing back part of Friday's selloff, while EWW rose near 1.8% and INDA finished roughly flat. None of these are the story on any single day, but together they are why the book does not live and die on one sector.
No trades. Friday's drop was forced selling out of Asia on a holiday-thinned tape, not a break in demand, and Monday's broad rebound is consistent with that read. We would rather hold the full diversified slate through this kind of noise than trade around it.
