▲ Current month through today; July 2026 is locked closed; return measured from the Jan 22, 2026 entry. * Jan–Mar 2026 are estimated partial-period returns carried from our May 2026 updates; they predate our daily archive (begins 15 April 2026) and are shown as estimates, not as-published daily marks. High Risk is marked at $1,437 on the current whole-share model, -3.5% versus Friday's published update (Monday had no build). August MTD is +14.3% and 2026 YTD is -12.2% on the performance chain. This is a rougher morning for HR than for SG, and the reason is straightforward: this book carries the most direct exposure to the yield-driven pressure hitting growth and semiconductor names today.
The 30-year Treasury yield at roughly 5.33% — its highest since 2007 — combined with Brent crude near $91/barrel on the still-unresolved Strait of Hormuz tension, is squeezing exactly the kind of high-beta, long-duration growth exposure this book holds. Nasdaq 100 futures were down over 1% premarket and semiconductor names broadly were named as under pressure heading into the open.
SOXL (-7.6%) and BE (-7.6%) are the hardest hit, TQQQ (-5.3%) and NBIS (-1.2%) are softer too, while MSTR (+2.2%) is the one position trading against the tape this morning. Markets are also watching today's FOMC minutes for confirmation of the rate path — a hawkish read would extend the pressure on this book's core holdings.
Bottom line: no portfolio change before this update. HR is down -3.5% today, concentrated almost entirely in SOXL and BE — this is a textbook yield-spike day for a book built around leveraged tech and AI-infrastructure exposure, not a name-specific problem with either position. August MTD (+14.3%) remains strongly positive even after today's pullback.

Risk Disclosure
High Risk holds leveraged and crypto-linked positions: SOXL (3x semiconductors) and TQQQ (3x Nasdaq-100) reset daily and can lose value over time even when the underlying index is flat or higher — they can lose value fast. MSTR carries leverage and direct bitcoin exposure. This is our model book, shared for transparency — it is not individualized investment advice, and position sizing reflects our risk tolerance, not yours. Every performance figure on this page is an actual, live result measured from the Jan 22, 2026 entry. Apr–Jun monthly cells are as-published marks; July is locked closed from the Jul 31 month-end close; a close-basis restatement is pending the anchor review. Our published daily archive begins 15 April 2026; Jan–Mar 2026 monthly cells are estimated partial-period returns (marked *) carried from our May 2026 updates, shown as estimates rather than as-published daily marks. We show no backtested or hypothetical returns. Units are price-return; dividends are not accrued. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Data claims are dated as of publication.
