Risk Disclosure

High Risk holds leveraged and crypto-linked positions: SOXL (3x semiconductors) and TQQQ (3x Nasdaq-100) reset daily and can lose value over time even when the underlying index is flat or higher — they can lose value fast. MSTR carries leverage and direct bitcoin exposure. This is our model book, shared for transparency — it is not individualized investment advice, and position sizing reflects our risk tolerance, not yours. Every performance figure on this page is an actual, live result measured from the Jan 22, 2026 entry. Apr–Jun monthly cells are as-published marks; a close-basis restatement is pending the anchor review. Our published daily archive begins 15 April 2026; Jan–Mar 2026 monthly cells are estimated partial-period returns (marked *) carried from our May 2026 updates, shown as estimates rather than as-published daily marks. We show no backtested or hypothetical returns. Units are price-return; dividends are not accrued. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Data claims are dated as of publication.

Calculate Your Position Size

High Risk is taking the hit where we expected the pain to show up: SOXL. The unit is down about 8.4% to $746, with SOXL down roughly 23% versus yesterday's published mark. That looks ugly, but the structure matters. SOXL is a 3x semiconductor ETF, so when the SOX/SOXX complex gets hit by a forced deleveraging wave, the move is supposed to be violent. That is why we kept a large cash sleeve.

Why are semis down so much? Korea was the fuse: SK Hynix closed down 14.65%, Samsung fell more than 13%, and the KOSPI was hit by heavy chip selling. China DUV/chip-equipment headlines added competitive fear. Then the Nvidia/OpenAI vendor-financing headlines and rising AI-credit chatter turned the question from 'is AI real?' to 'who is paying for all this capex?' That is a funding-risk selloff, not proof the AI cycle is dead.

The bullish frame is still intact if the hyperscalers confirm it. Google showed real demand but spooked the market with a massive capex bill and negative free cash flow. Now Microsoft, Meta, and especially Amazon have to prove the spending is demand-backed and financeable. If AWS growth, AI backlog, and free-cash-flow commentary land well, today's liquidation can become the flush that creates the next entry rather than the end of the trade.

We are not spending the cash before the evidence. Cash is now about 30% of the unit, and we intend to put it to work soon if the earnings fork clears. The most likely window is after Thursday's Amazon report and Friday's market reaction. Be ready for a trade alert anytime after Friday. No investor should read today's cash as fear; it is dry powder for the moment when the forced selling burns out.
