High Risk paused on Wednesday after two strong days, finishing essentially flat, up about 0.1%. SOXL added under 1%, TQQQ was unchanged and MSTR slipped a fraction. Following Monday's 5.3% and Tuesday's 3.5%, a flat session is the book catching its breath, not stalling.
The position detail keeps improving. MSTR, which we added to in the July 14 rotation, is now up about 6% since that fill as bitcoin has held firm, the one clearly green line in the book. SOXL and TQQQ still sit below our rotation prices, down roughly 14% and 7%, but they have recovered a large part of Friday's forced-selling plunge over the last three sessions.
Cash discipline stays in place. We are still holding about 26% cash from the rotation. With the Fed meeting July 28-29 and three-times leverage cutting both ways, that dry powder stays ready rather than chasing a green tape after the snap-back has already run for two days.
No trades. This is a model book, and leveraged funds move fast in both directions, so size any exposure to your own risk rather than ours.
